Recipe makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until ingredients are well combined and start to clump together.
- Shape into 12 balls. Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
