Recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb green beans
- 10 oz grape tomatoes (cut in half)
- 8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°.
- Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag or bowl with a lid, and shake it all up.
- Pour on a parchment-lined baking sheet or sheet pan, and spread everything out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
