Recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag or bowl with a lid, and shake it all up.
  3. Pour on a parchment-lined baking sheet or sheet pan, and spread everything out evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
