I can’t log into my DayTwo app
1. Make sure the email you are using to login is the one you originally registered with.
2. Check and make sure there are no typos or extra spaces.
My app is acting strange?
You may need to try one or all of the below suggestions:
1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. If you don’t have automatic updates selected for DayTwo, go to the app store, find DayTwo, and look to see if an update is available.
2. Log out of the app and then log back in.
3. Delete the app and re-install again from the app store.
4. Turn off your phone and then turn it back on.
5. Check your internet connection to ensure connectivity is not interrupted or slow.
