Recipe makes 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups bran flakes
  • 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey

Instructions:

  1. Lightly crush bran flakes. 
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crushed bran flakes, coconut, and cranberries. 
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. 
  4. Mix peanut butter mixture into bran flakes.
  5. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper. Pour bran flake mixture into the pan and press it flat. 
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours. 
  7. Cut into 12 bars. 
  8. Enjoy!
