Recipe makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cups bran flakes
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions:
- Lightly crush bran flakes.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed bran flakes, coconut, and cranberries.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add butter, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
- Mix peanut butter mixture into bran flakes.
- Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper. Pour bran flake mixture into the pan and press it flat.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Cut into 12 bars.
