Putting food into your DayTwo diary is easy, but learning to use the sorting features will add a new level to finding foods that work best for you and your health goals.
For example, let’s say you want to see what brand of oatmeal is best for your blood sugar.

First, type oatmeal into the search bar. Then, click on the arrow with lines next to the search bar on the right side.

Now, you can organize your search results easily by score, name, calories, and relevance. This simple step lets you arrange the information the way you like it, quickly!

Another type of sorting can be performed using the  buttons below the search bar. They help you  group your search in different ways, like meals, restaurants, high fiber options, and more.

You can use both sort options separately or together.
