Recipe makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup plain greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 oreo thins, crushed
- 6 Tablespoons whipped topping
Instructions:
- Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, pudding mix, sugar, and egg in a blender until smooth.
- Mix in 3 crushed oreos.
- Divide batter between 6 cupcake molds.
- Air fry at 250F for 15-17 minutes.
- Wait for cheesecakes to cool then top with whipped topping and remaining crushed oreos.
- Enjoy!
