Recipe makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (.5 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 oreo thins, crushed
  • 6 Tablespoons whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, pudding mix, sugar, and egg in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix in 3 crushed oreos. 
  3. Divide batter between 6 cupcake molds. 
  4. Air fry at 250F for 15-17 minutes. 
  5. Wait for cheesecakes to cool then top with whipped topping and remaining crushed oreos.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes: 

  • You could try a variety of protein powder, greek yogurt, or pudding mix flavors for different flavors of cheesecake. 
  • If using a conventional oven, bake at 325F for 17-20 minutes.
