Recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 oz salmon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp hot sauce of your choosing
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 12 oz bag of chopped broccoli
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Add diced sweet potatoes and chopped broccoli to a sheet pan. Toss with avocado oil and seasonings of your choice. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
- While the veggies are cooking, make the sauce for the salmon by combining melted butter, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisking with a fork until well combined.
- Pour sauce over the salmon and spread evenly.
- Remove veggies from the oven and toss. Make a space for the salmon in the middle and add it to the pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- Serve and enjoy!
