Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz salmon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce of your choosing
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • 12 oz bag of chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium sweet potato, diced
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add diced sweet potatoes and chopped broccoli to a sheet pan. Toss with avocado oil and seasonings of your choice. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
  3. While the veggies are cooking, make the sauce for the salmon by combining melted butter, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisking with a fork until well combined.
  4. Pour sauce over the salmon and spread evenly.
  5. Remove veggies from the oven and toss. Make a space for the salmon in the middle and add it to the pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
