Recipe makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lb lean ground beef
Instructions:
- Whisk together the soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder and set aside.
- Heat the avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Saute for 5-6 minutes, then set aside.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, crumble and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add broccoli back to the pan along with the sauce mixture. Stir and heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or lettuce wraps.

Notes:
- If the sauce starts to get too thick while heating at the end, you can add some water to the pan to thin it out.
