Recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 1 Tbsp favorite sauce
- 17 slices turkey pepperoni
- 1/3 cup low fat shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: veggies, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan cheese, drizzle of hot honey
Instructions:
- Spread sauce over the tortilla.
- Top with cheese and pepperoni
- Broil in the oven on high for 3 ½- 4 minutes. Watch it closely because the crust can burn fast.
- Remove from the oven and add seasonings if desired.
- Enjoy!
