Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp favorite sauce
  • 17 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup low fat shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: veggies, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan cheese, drizzle of hot honey

Instructions:

  1. Spread sauce over the tortilla.
  2. Top with cheese and pepperoni
  3. Broil in the oven on high for 3 ½- 4 minutes. Watch it closely because the crust can burn fast.
  4. Remove from the oven and add seasonings if desired. 
  5. Enjoy!

  • Other possible sauces: hummus, spinach artichoke dip, BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce
