Recipe makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter powder
- 4 oz unsweetened applesauce
- ⅓ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix peanut butter powder and applesauce together until it forms a very thick batter with no dry spots. Add up to ¼ cup water if needed.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture onto a plate using 2 spoons or melon baller. Freeze until the peanut butter is firm.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments.
- Dip half of the peanut butter bites in the chocolate. If desired, put them back in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Enjoy!

Notes:
- Store your chocolate peanut butter bites in the fridge to keep them firm.
- You can add a pat of butter to the chocolate to thin it out and give the bites a more even coating of chocolate.
- Try adding the water in 1 tablespoon increments to prevent the mixture from getting too wet.
