Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter powder
  • 4 oz unsweetened applesauce
  • ⅓ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix peanut butter powder and applesauce together until it forms a very thick batter with no dry spots. Add up to ¼ cup water if needed.
  2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture onto a plate using 2 spoons or melon baller. Freeze until the peanut butter is firm.
  3. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments.
  4. Dip half of the peanut butter bites in the chocolate. If desired, put them back in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Store your chocolate peanut butter bites in the fridge to keep them firm.
  • You can add a pat of butter to the chocolate to thin it out and give the bites a more even coating of chocolate.
  • Try adding the water in 1 tablespoon increments to prevent the mixture from getting too wet.
