Recipe makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt and eggs.
- Pour egg mixture into the almond flour bowl and mix until there are no lumps.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. You can check to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely, then slice, and enjoy!
