Recipe makes 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt. 
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt and eggs. 
  4. Pour egg mixture into the almond flour bowl and mix until there are no lumps. 
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. You can check to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick and it comes out clean. 
  6. Let the bread cool completely, then slice, and enjoy!
