Recipe makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Mix pecans, dried cranberries, and green onions in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Mix in half the pecan mixture to the cream cheese bowl.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to shape the cream cheese into a log shape.
- Place cheese log in the fridge if needed to firm up the cheese.
- Pour and press the remaining pecan mixture around your cheese log until it is fully coated.
- Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Enjoy!
